Symposiums and Conferences Held

Conceived as a strategic roundtable rather than a conventional seminar, Conference 1.0 brought together distinguished voices from defence, diplomacy, academia, media, and civil society to deliberate on India’s evolving counterterrorism doctrine and national security strategy following Operation Sindoor.

Conference 2.0 expanded the national security discourse by shifting focus from government action alone to the indispensable role of society. The forum established that long-term national resilience against terrorism requires an informed, vigilant, and united citizenry capable of countering ideological radicalization and hybrid threats.

Broadening VISHWAM’s engagement beyond conventional security, Symposium 1.0 focused on modern Neo-Imperialism — exploring how global power projection operates through economic dependency, technological dominance, financial institutions, critical supply chains, and information ecosystems.

Collaborating with MNIT Jaipur during SPHINX 2025, VISHWAM organized Symposium 2.0 to examine global economic policy shifts following changing trade regimes. The session focused on protectionist economic policies, international trade realignments, global supply chain restructuring, tech nationalism, and implications for emerging economies like India.

Participating as Session Partner and Thought Leadership Speaker at Pink Fest, VISHWAM brought a geopolitical and civilizational perspective into wider public culture. The session explored Bharat as a continuous civilizational consciousness — emphasizing that Indian identity extends far beyond political boundaries to encompass an enduring tradition of philosophy, values, and shared ideas.

Organized by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in India, Russian House (RCSC), and partner institutions, the VISHWAM delegation participated in this premier bilateral platform to foster youth diplomacy, academic collaboration, cultural exchange, and leadership dialogue between emerging leaders of India and Russia.
